The business stays incidental and secondary to the dwelling, with no change of character, no non-customary alterations, and no nuisance.
No employees other than immediate family members who reside in the dwelling.
The work may take place inside the dwelling or in an accessory building (Section 7.10).
No outside display or storage, and no extra traffic.
No signs.
No sales except items prepared on the premises or incidental to a service.
