Home occupations are an accessory use in the residential districts and several others (Section 7.10). The conditions:

  • The business stays incidental and secondary to the dwelling, with no change of character, no non-customary alterations, and no nuisance.
  • No employees other than immediate family members who reside in the dwelling.
  • The work may take place inside the dwelling or in an accessory building (Section 7.10).
  • No outside display or storage, and no extra traffic.
  • No signs.
  • No sales except items prepared on the premises or incidental to a service.
