FD — Future Development District
Sec. 4.4.1.1 allows the Accessory Dwelling, House, and Civic building types in FD. Specific land uses follow the FD column of the Land Use Matrix in Sec. 5.1.1.2 Table 5.1, which marks each use permitted (P), limited (L), conditional (C), or not allowed. FD also serves as the interim district for newly annexed territory (Sec. 4.1.4.1) and for property whose zoning is invalidated by a court (Sec. 4.1.3.2).
