The Schedule of Uses in UDC 2.07.C marks each use as allowed, prohibited (blank), permitted only with a Specific Use Permit (S), or permitted subject to numbered conditional development standards in UDC 2.07.D. A use not listed on the schedule is not allowed in any district (UDC 2.07.A.3). An SUP application needs a scaled site plan and is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council against harmony with surrounding uses, reasonableness, and mitigated impact (UDC 2.06.B to C). Confirm the current zoning map and the cited UDC section text before acting.
