All districts

In the SF and TH districts, at least 2 parking spaces must sit behind the front building line and be enclosed in the main or an accessory building, with 2 additional paved spaces behind the front property line for stacking; all required spaces in SF and TH must be at least 9 feet wide and 20 feet long (UDC 2.10.B.5 to 6). Nonresidential and multifamily head-in spaces must be at least 9 feet wide and 20 feet long, and parallel spaces at least 8 feet wide and 22 feet long (UDC 2.10.C.4). Restaurants get a 50 percent reduction on the parking required for outdoor dining area (UDC 2.10.C.14). Required parking must be paved concrete or a similar impervious surface (asphalt, gravel, and crushed rock are prohibited except as an approved temporary surface); the A District may use washed gravel or asphalt for agricultural parking (UDC 2.10.B.3, C.2, C.15).
