Single-family and duplex dwellings: two covered enclosed parking spaces per unit unless a district specifies otherwise. Multifamily: one space per efficiency, two spaces for one- and two-bedroom units, plus one additional space per extra bedroom. Other uses follow the Sec. 82-31(f) schedule (for example one space per 200 sq ft of floor area for retail stores, one space per 300 sq ft for general offices). Uses not listed use the Sec. 82-31(g) general-category table. In residential districts, no heavy vehicle, trailer, boat, camper, or similar equipment may be parked or left standing in the front yard or the street-side yard for more than one day out of any seven, and no equipment may be parked on an unpaved surface at any time; the driveway approach is capped at 30 feet wide and no more than 50 percent of the front yard may be a driveway.
