A — Agricultural District

General and special agricultural, farming, ranching, stable and related accessory uses are permitted so long as they do not create a health hazard, offensive odor, dust, fumes, noise or vibration, or are otherwise detrimental to public safety and welfare (Sec. 8.2(a)). Single-family detached dwellings are permitted by right. Garage apartments, guest houses and cottages are permitted only by Specific Use Permit. SF-1 — Single-Family Residential District-1

Single-family detached dwellings are permitted by right. A private stable for a resident's own horse must sit back at least 100 feet from adjacent property lines, with 1.5 acres required per animal (Sec. 9.2(a)). SF-2 — Single-Family Residential District-2

SF-3 — Single-Family Residential District-3

TH — Townhome Residential District

Attached townhome dwelling units in structures of three to eight units are permitted by right. Common open space, community centers, access gates, entrance guard facilities and recreational buildings and facilities incidental to the residential use are permitted if approved on a final plat (Sec. 11-A.2(a)). MF — Multi-Family Residential District

Attached multifamily dwellings are permitted by right at a density not to exceed 15 units per acre (Sec. 12.1). Every unit in any multi-story building must have two points of entry and exit to separate places of safety in a fire or other emergency (Sec. 12.7). MH — Manufactured Home Park District

Manufactured homes are permitted by right, one per lot or space, only within an authorized manufactured home park of at least 20 acres (Sec. 13.1, 13.2). C-1 — Restricted Commercial District

Office, neighborhood shopping and retail/service commercial uses are permitted subject to conditions in Sec. 14.2: business conducted wholly within an enclosed building, no display, sale or storage of merchandise or vehicles in required yards, all merchandise sold at retail on the premises, and no odor, excessive light, smoke, dust, noise or vibration nuisance. C-2 — General Commercial District

I-1 — Light Industrial District

Light industrial and outside storage/display commercial uses are permitted subject to conditions in Sec. 16.2: business conducted within enclosed areas except parking, loading and display; storage within 100 feet of a residential district screened 6 to 8 feet high; and no excess dust, fumes, odor, noise, glare or fire hazard. I-2 — Heavy Industrial District

A wide range of industrial uses including manufacturing, processing, assembling, warehousing and distribution is permitted subject to performance standards in Sec. 17.2(c): smoke, particulate matter, dust/odor/gas/fumes/glare/vibration, radiation, noise (75 dB(A) at the property line, max 15 minutes per hour) and water pollution controls. PD — Planned Development District
