A — Agricultural District
General and special agricultural, farming, ranching, stable and related accessory uses are permitted so long as they do not create a health hazard, offensive odor, dust, fumes, noise or vibration, or are otherwise detrimental to public safety and welfare (Sec. 8.2(a)). Single-family detached dwellings are permitted by right. Garage apartments, guest houses and cottages are permitted only by Specific Use Permit.
