The Lakefront (LF) column of the nonresidential use table (Article V, Table B) permits mixed use buildings, dwelling live-work units, and bar/brewpub uses by right, among others; review the full table for a specific use. 380 OD — US 380 Overlay District

Monument signs: maximum area 100 sq. ft., maximum height 10 feet. Multi-tenant monument signs: maximum area 150 sq. ft. on 5 acres or less, plus 10 sq. ft. per acre over 5 acres up to a maximum of 240 sq. ft.; maximum height 24 feet. Wall signs: 3 sq. ft. per linear foot of primary building face, capped at 200 sq. ft. per building or tenant (400 sq. ft. for big box primary tenants). Electronic message signs are capped at 60 percent of total sign area with transitions no faster than every six seconds (Sec. 106.04.01(g)).
