Rear-entry off-street parking with a minimum two-car garage per unit is required; alleys must be at least 12 feet wide. On-street parallel parking does not count toward the minimum. Minimum 2 garage spaces per unit and 0.3 other spaces per unit for guests or employees (Sec. 106.03.02(j)(4)-(5); Article III, Table M).

Minimum off-street parking is an asphalt or concrete surface with 4 parking spaces per dwelling unit (Sec. 106.03.03(a)(6)).
Off-street parking must be provided on the same site as the use it serves and on a paved surface, except in AG and SF-RE (Sec. 106.06.43). Residential per-unit garage and drive space minimums are set in each district's dimensional table (see each district's parking rule above where listed). Nonresidential and multifamily parking counts are set per use in the Article VI, Table L ratio table (Sec. 106.06.45(c)), for example 1 space per 200 square feet of floor area for indoor commercial amusement, or 1 space per 300 square feet for a bank. Fire lanes in multifamily and nonresidential developments must be at least 24 feet wide with a 14-foot vertical clearance (Sec. 106.06.44(b)).
