Uses marked S in the UDC 10.304 tables require a specific use permit (UDC 10.203.21). The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council evaluate conformance with the code and plans, compatibility with the surrounding area, and legal lot status, and may impose conditions. Specific use permit approval does not run with the land and expires when the approved use ends. Expansion of an approved specific use also requires new review. Confirm whether your use is P, C, S, or not permitted in the exact table row before applying.
