Key conditions: no more than 200 sq. ft. or 10 percent of the dwelling floor area; employees limited to residents; no signage; no more than 4 business visits per day between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM; no retail sales at the residence beyond one sales party per month; no detectable off-site effects; no truck deliveries beyond parcel carriers (UDC 10.311.6.3). Barber and beauty services, medical offices, vehicle repair, and retail sales are among the prohibited types.
