Where allowed: no ADU without a main building already in place; cannot be sold separately from the primary residence; metered on the same utility meter as the main structure; must match the primary structure's setback, height, and exterior material standards; total conditioned square footage may not exceed the primary dwelling; only one ADU per lot, and it must be clearly incidental to the primary residence (Sec. 14.03.202(a)(1)-(9)).
