Cedar Park splits non-permitted-by-right uses into conditional uses (C) and special uses (S) under the Sec. 11.02.062 legend. A conditional use is allowed if the standards in Sec. 11.02.092 are met. A special use needs a public hearing and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission and a City Council decision under the special use permit process (Secs. 11.02.091(B) and 11.06.085).
