Sec. 11.02.092(30) requires the business to stay inside the dwelling or one accessory garage building, limits employees to resident family members, caps customer traffic at three vehicle trips per day, bans on-premises direct selling and visible storage, and excludes specific uses including animal boarding, clinics, massage therapy, tattoo studios, restaurants, and vehicle repair.
