AG — Agricultural (AG) District

AG setbacks under Sec. 2.07.01: minimum front yard 35 feet, minimum side yard 20 feet interior and 25 feet corner, minimum rear yard 30 feet. Overlay corridor standards (Secs. 2.10.11 and 2.10.12) can add requirements on O-R and O-G frontages.

R-3 — One & Two Family Residential (R-3) District

R-3 setbacks under Sec. 2.07.01: minimum front yard 20 feet, minimum side yard 7.5 feet interior and 10 feet corner, minimum rear yard 20 feet. Zero lot line adjustments for patio homes, townhomes on separate lots, and duplexes split across a lot line are in Sec. 2.07.03.A, with a 10 foot minimum separation between patio home buildings.

R-4 — Transitional Residential (R-4) District

R-4 setbacks under Sec. 2.07.01: minimum front yard 20 feet, minimum side yard 5 feet interior and 10 feet corner, minimum rear yard 10 feet. When more than one main building is on a property, noncontiguous adjacent structures need 30 feet of separation (Sec. 2.07.03.B).

R-5 — Urban Residential (R-5) District

R-5 setbacks under Sec. 2.07.01: minimum front yard 25 feet, minimum side yard 15 feet interior and 20 feet corner, minimum rear yard 20 feet. Noncontiguous adjacent main buildings need 30 feet of separation (Sec. 2.07.03.B). Multi-family parking is prohibited between the front facade and a public street (Sec. 2.09.03.B.2.c.iii).

B-1 — Neighborhood Business (B-1) District

B-1 setbacks under Sec. 2.07.02: minimum front yard 20 feet, minimum side yard 0 feet interior and 15 feet corner, minimum rear yard 20 feet. A masonry screening wall of six to eight feet is required where a non-single-family use sides or backs to R-1, R-2, or R-3 (Sec. 2.09.02.B.2).

B-2 — Arterial Business (B-2) District

B-2 setbacks under Sec. 2.07.02: minimum front yard 40 feet, minimum side yard 0 feet interior and 25 feet corner, minimum rear yard 35 feet. A masonry screening wall of six to eight feet is required where a non-single-family use sides or backs to R-1, R-2, or R-3 (Sec. 2.09.02.B.2).

LI — Light Industrial (LI) District

LI setbacks under Sec. 2.07.02: minimum front yard 40 feet, minimum side yard 0 feet interior and 25 feet corner, minimum rear yard 35 feet. Screening applies where the use sides or backs to R-1, R-2, or R-3 (Sec. 2.09.02.B.2).

PD — Planned Development (PD)
