AG — Agricultural (AG) District
AG requires a minimum lot area of 120,000 square feet, minimum lot frontage of 100 feet, minimum lot width of 200 feet interior and 205 feet corner, and minimum lot depth of 300 feet (Sec. 2.07.01).

R-1 requires a minimum lot area of 30,000 square feet, minimum lot frontage of 75 feet, minimum lot width of 100 feet interior and 105 feet corner, and minimum lot depth of 200 feet (Sec. 2.07.01).
R-2 requires a minimum lot area of 9,000 square feet, minimum lot frontage of 50 feet, minimum lot width of 70 feet interior and 75 feet corner, and minimum lot depth of 100 feet (Sec. 2.07.01).
R-3 requires a minimum lot area of 6,000 square feet or a maximum of 8 dwelling units per acre for multi-unit forms, minimum lot frontage of 35 feet, minimum lot width of 55 feet interior and 60 feet corner, and minimum lot depth of 100 feet (Sec. 2.07.01). Townhomes on separate lots may go to 30 feet of frontage and 3,000 square feet under Sec. 2.07.03.A.2; the table footnote keeps minimum lot size applicable unless modified by Sec. 2.07.03.
R-4 requires a minimum lot area of 5,000 square feet or a maximum of 12 dwelling units per acre for multi-unit forms, minimum lot frontage of 30 feet, minimum lot width of 35 feet interior and 40 feet corner, and minimum lot depth of 90 feet (Sec. 2.07.01).
R-5 is dimensioned by density: a maximum of 20 dwelling units per acre in the Sec. 2.07.01 table, with minimum lot frontage of 60 feet, minimum lot width of 75 feet interior and 80 feet corner, and no minimum lot depth. The district intent statement (Sec. 2.03.06) describes up to 24 dwelling units per acre; the table figure of 20 is the dimensional standard. Confirm the controlling density with Development Services for any project near the cap.
R-MH requires a minimum lot area of 7,500 square feet, minimum lot frontage of 40 feet, minimum lot width of 55 feet interior and 60 feet corner, and no minimum lot depth (Sec. 2.07.01).
