Accessory structures may not sit in easements and may never exceed the height of the main structure; structures of 200 square feet or more must match the main structure's exterior materials except in AG. On residential lots (Table 17): lots up to 7,500 square feet allow 2 accessory structures, 484 square feet combined, 18 feet tall; lots up to one acre allow 2 structures, 1,000 square feet combined, 25 feet tall; lots over one acre allow 5 structures with building coverage per Sec. 2.07.01 governing area. All must sit behind the front facade of the main building with 10 foot side and rear setbacks when 20 feet tall or less, otherwise main building setbacks apply. Nonresidential lots (Table 18) allow 3 structures up to 50 percent of the main structure's ground floor area. Form Based Districts follow Subsection 2.08 instead.
