Off-street parking is set by use, not by district, in the Parking Standards column of Table 19: Use Table. Examples: single-family and two-family dwellings 2 spaces per dwelling unit; multi-family 1 to 2 spaces per unit by bedroom count plus 0.25 per unit for visitors (50 percent of required parking must be covered, not including visitor parking); retail store 4 per 1,000 square feet; office 3 per 1,000 square feet; restaurant 5 per 1,000 square feet (buildings 2,500 square feet or less) or 10 per 1,000 square feet (larger buildings).
