Maximum building height 70 feet. No building in a Single-Unit or Duplex Unit Park, attached single-family dwelling, two-family dwelling, or townhome unit may exceed 35 feet (Sec. 9.04.018(d)(5)). Buildings with multiple stories over 35 feet must comply with the stepback rules in Sec. 9.04.041(h). Multifamily buildings of more than one story require an automatic sprinkler system and two points of entry or exit (Sec. 9.04.018(d)(7)).

C-2 — Regional Commercial
