Home occupations are shown in Chart 1 and governed by Endnote 11. Many home occupations require a special use permit, but the Planning Director may administratively approve a business-license address use if the listed standards are met. Endnote 11 prohibits several activities as home occupations, including automotive repair, kennels, taxi service, gun dealers, charter bus service, and age-restricted sales.
