Uses marked CU in the use tables require a Conditional Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals. The process requires a pre-application conference (Section 8.5.4.B), a written application with site development plan level exhibits, and a public hearing held within 60 days of filing. Variance applications may be filed concurrently but are decided separately. Uses marked PL are permitted only when the limitation standards in Section 4.3.9 are met.
