Accessory buildings are limited in number per district (2 max in CD-2, CD-3L, and CD-3; 1 max in the urban character districts and most special districts), may not be erected on a lot without a principal building except in Civic Districts and for agricultural uses, and, except in Civic Districts and CD-2, a detached accessory building footprint may not exceed 60 percent of the principal building footprint. Placement is restricted to the layers shown in the district tables, with separate accessory setback columns in each Table 4.3.1 district table.
