How do I find out what my Frisco property is zoned?

Frisco publishes a live zoning GIS layer (External_Planning_and_Zoning MapServer, layer 32, "Zoning Layer") with a ZONE_ field carrying the base zoning code for each parcel, plus separate PD and SUP fields showing whether a Planned Development or Specific Use Permit applies. In this session, a downtown point returned ZONE_ = OTC with PD000 and SUP000 (no PD or SUP), and a point inside a residential subdivision returned ZONE_ = PH/TH with PD = PD-283 and ordinance references 2021-06-42 and 90-08-03, meaning that parcel's actual rules live substantially in a specific PD ordinance rather than the base Patio Home or Townhome district text. Always check both the base ZONE_ code and the PD/SUP fields, and pull the linked ordinance PDF when either is populated, before relying on the base district rules. This pack covers incorporated Frisco only; confirm with Frisco Planning and Zoning at 972-292-5301.
