How much of my lot can be covered by buildings?
Maximum lot coverage is stated per district in Sec. 14.02.111: A is 10%, SF1 is 35%, SF2 is 40%, MF1 is 50%, and MF3 is 65%. In commercial and industrial districts coverage is governed by note B (tied to residential adjacency). Confirm the figure for your district in the schedule.
