ZoningVerdict

What can I build on this property?

It depends on the zoning district. Pilot Point's Chapter 14 divides the city into twelve districts under Sec. 14.02.051: agricultural (A), single-family (SF1, SF2), multifamily (MF1, MF2, MF3), retail and commercial (C1, C2), industrial (I1, I2), and planned or mobile-home districts (PD, PD-MH). The allowed uses for each district are set by the Schedule of Land Uses in Sec. 14.02.112, which marks each use permitted, special use permit, or prohibited. Confirm the district for the parcel on the city zoning map or with Planning and Zoning, then check that column in Sec. 14.02.112.
