What are the required yard setbacks?
Setbacks are stated per district. For example SF1 requires a 40 foot front, 15 foot side (20 feet from a street right-of-way), and 25 foot rear yard, and GR requires 40 foot front, 20 foot side, and 20 foot rear (25 feet adjacent to residential).
