What are the required yard setbacks?

Setbacks are set per district in Sec. 14.02.111. For example SF1 requires a 35 foot front, 20 foot side, and 40 foot rear yard, SF2 requires 25 foot front, 10 foot side, and 25 foot rear, and A requires 25 foot front, 15 foot side, and 20 foot rear. Add 15 feet to the side yard on corner lots (note 1). In commercial and industrial districts yards are required only where the use abuts a residential lot (note B), and single-family homes built in MF1, MF2, C1, and C2 must meet SF2 yards (note 2).
