What setbacks apply in Indian Trail?
Residential base setbacks come from Table 500-1 (Sec. 520.040). For example, SF-3 conventional development lists a 40 foot front setback from boulevards and thoroughfares, 30 feet from all other streets, 40 foot rear, and 12 foot side. Commercial districts use the Chapter 530 table, and downtown districts use the Chapter 560 table with several maximum (rather than minimum) setbacks. Verify the exact district against the transcribed snapshots.
