What setbacks apply to this property?
For conventional districts, setbacks come from the bulk chart in UDC 10.403.4.2; for example, base SF-1 lots use 25 ft. front, 5 ft. side, and 20 ft. rear, while SF-1 zero lot line and village lots have their own columns. Commercial and industrial setbacks grow next to residential districts, and bufferyard standards (UDC 10.403.6) or riparian setbacks (UDC 10.403.4.3) can control. OT and FBC parcels use transect-based standards in UDC 10.503 and 10.502 instead. Confirm your exact district, lot variant, and any overlay with the Development Services Department before locating a structure.
