What are the basic commercial setbacks?
The base commercial and mixed-use yard table lists 30 feet in front, 10 feet at the side, and 20 feet at the rear. Those numbers are not the whole answer near residential boundaries, where special yards apply, or where party-wall, PUD, overlay, access, or site-plan conditions apply.
