What minimum lot size applies in Rochester one-family districts?

The Article 20 schedule lists minimum lot sizes of 6,000 square feet in R-1, 7,200 square feet in R-2, 8,400 square feet in R-3, 9,600 square feet in R-4, and 15,000 square feet in R-5. Section 2007 separately says a lot in any district needs at least 2,500 square feet unless it is a lot of record.
