What minimum lot size applies in Rochester one-family districts?

The Article 20 schedule lists minimum lot sizes of 6,000 square feet in R-1, 7,200 square feet in R-2, 8,400 square feet in R-3, 9,600 square feet in R-4, and 15,000 square feet in R-5. Section 2007 separately says a lot not served by public water supply and public sanitary sewer must meet a city-engineer-set minimum, but never less than 20,000 square feet and 100 foot width (40,000 square feet and 200 foot width in RP). Section 401 separately protects nonconforming lots of record platted before the ordinance from the area/width standards otherwise applicable in their district.
