Is my property in Concord ETJ or city zoning jurisdiction?

Article 1.1.6 says the CDO applies to public buildings, private lands, and uses over which the City has jurisdiction, including areas within the jurisdiction of the City pursuant to NCGS 160D 101-111 and 201-204. The word ETJ was not found in that section, so confirm city limits or any extraterritorial status on the official map before relying on city zoning.
