How tall can my building be?

Maximum building height depends on the district. Residential main structures are capped at 40 ft (30 ft in the MH district). Commercial NS and CR are 36 ft and 2 stories, while CC and BG are 50 ft and 4 stories. Industrial LI and HI are 50 ft and 4 stories. Nonresidential districts also apply a 3:1 slope plane from any residential lot line. Confirm the cited figure for your district before designing to a height.
