How tall can I build in Queen Creek?
Most single-family residential districts (A-1 through R1-4) cap building height at 30 feet (Table 4.7-3). MDR allows 36 feet and HDR allows 40 feet. Commercial and industrial districts generally allow 30 to 48 feet, and the Downtown Core (DC) allows 55 feet but drops to 30 feet for commercial buildings directly abutting a residential district. Mixed Use (MU) allows up to 90 feet as a citywide cap, subject to the specific PAD document for the property. Confirm the district and any PAD-specific height limit before designing.
