Single-family residential districts list a 35 foot maximum, MFR lists 40 feet, NBD and GBD list 50 feet, RBD lists 70 feet, downtown districts list 50 feet, and the industrial and institutional districts list 100 feet, subject to the measurement and exception rules in Chapter 1640.
