How tall can I build?

Height limits in conventional districts come from the UDC 10.403.4.2 chart: 45 ft. and 3 stories in SF-R, 35 ft. and 2.5 stories in SF-1, 35 ft. in SF-2, 35 ft. in MF (45 ft. along freeways and arterials), 35 ft. in B-1, 45 ft. in B-2, and 60 ft. in the LI/I column. Accessory buildings are generally capped at 15 ft. in residential districts. OT and FBC parcels take height from their transect tables. Industrial buildings near homes are further limited by the residential adjacency setback formula. Confirm the district, street classification, and any overlay with the Development Services Department before relying on a figure.
