How tall can I build?

Height is regulated in stories per district: 3 stories max for principal buildings in CD-2, CD-3L, CD-3, and CD-4; 4 stories in CD-4C and CD-5C (CD-5C also has a 2 story minimum); CD-5 has a 2 story minimum with up to 5 stories in areas defined by its table; SD-LI and SD-HI cap buildings at 45 feet. Accessory buildings are generally 2 stories max. Stories exclude attics, basements, and rooftop features, and any building over 35 feet requires Fire Department approval conditions. Confirm the exact table row for the parcel's district.
