How tall can a house be in Rochester?
In R-1 through R-5, the Article 20 schedule lists a maximum principal building height of 25 feet and 2.5 stories. Section 2105 contains exceptions for certain architectural and utility features, so do not apply the height table to antennas, chimneys, or similar items without reading that section.
