How do I apply for a variance or a zoning change?
Variances, special use permits, and rezonings follow the development review procedures in Article 8 of Appendix B. Applications are reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, with variances decided by the Zoning Board of Adjustment and rezonings and special use permits decided by the City Council.
