What is the minimum lot size in each district?
Minimum lot areas are read from each district's table in Sec. 3.02 through 3.22. Examples: FD 3 acres, RR 2 acres, SF1 16,000 square feet, SF2 12,500, SF3 10,000, 2F 4,500 per unit, MF1 and MF2 7,260 minimum (2,420 per unit up to 18 units per acre), MH 3,000 per unit, DN 10,000, HI 10,000, AP 15,000. The Office, Commercial, and Light Industrial-1 area cells each equal their width times depth, so they are flagged and not asserted here; confirm those against the table snapshots. The Central Area district has no minimum lot area.
