What is the minimum lot size in each district?
Minimum lot areas are set in the Sec. 14.02.111 Schedule of District Regulations. Read directly from the table: A is 40,000 square feet, SF1 is 43,500 square feet, SF2 is 7,500 square feet, and MF3 is 32,000 square feet. SF2's area cell coincidentally equals width times depth (75 x 100), so it was re-verified against the saved table snapshot and the SF-2 district narrative in Sec. 14.02.203(c)(6) on 2026-07-08 rather than computed. Multifamily MF1 and MF2 scale lot area by unit count under note A (5,000 square feet base plus 1,500 square feet per unit over three). Commercial and industrial districts have no minimum lot area except where abutting residential (note B).
