What special commercial-fringe limits apply near residential property?
In CF, drive-up windows must be at least 200 ft from RS, RD, RS-A, PRD, or residential PUD land unless the BZA approves a smaller separation as a special use. Gasoline, diesel, and other motor-fuel sales also require a 200 ft property-line separation from those residential classifications. Dumpsters and lighting must be arranged to reduce residential impacts.
