What makes the downtown districts different?

The C-D downtown district is divided into C-D-C, C-D-E1, and C-D-E2. These sub-districts use build-to zones, high maximum impervious surface, minimum building heights, and design standards intended to create a compact walkable downtown. C-D-C allows the tallest downtown form at 50 feet, while C-D-E1 and C-D-E2 are 40 foot edge districts with transition standards.
