What are the Downtown District setback and height rules?

In DD, the front setback must fall within the range of historic structures on the same block face. If that block face has no historic structure, the opposite block face sets the range. Side setbacks are 0 ft for commercial/mixed-use buildings and 10 ft minimum for any other principal building. Rear setbacks are 5 ft minimum for commercial/mixed-use and civic buildings and 15 ft for any other principal building. Principal buildings may be up to 3 stories, with building coverage capped at 85 percent.
