Do I need special approval for my use?

Check how your use is marked in the applicable use table: Table 402-1 for residential districts, Table 403-1 for non-residential districts. A P means permitted by right. A C means a conditional use permit is required and must go through the conditional use review process in Sec. 305. An asterisk (*) means the use is otherwise permitted but must meet the specific use standards in Sec. 405 (for example ADUs, adult entertainment, alcoholic beverage sales, assisted living facilities, or fuel service stations each have their own subsection). A blank cell means the use is prohibited outright without a rezoning. Confirm the current zoning district on the city's GIS zoning map or with the Building, Planning and Zoning Department (954-602-3200) before acting. This pack covers incorporated Miramar city limits only.
