Do I need special approval for my use?

Check how the Article V use table marks your use in your district. C means the use is a conditional use that must meet the supplementary standards in Sec. 106.05.02 and Sec. 106.05.02.1 or .2, generally administrative. S means you need a specific use permit approved by town council under Sec. 106.02.17, typically after a planning and zoning commission recommendation and a public hearing. A blank cell means the use is prohibited in that district without a rezoning. Start by confirming the zoning district with Development Services (Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 100 W. Eldorado Pkwy., Little Elm, TX 75068). This pack covers the incorporated Town of Little Elm only; the ETJ and unincorporated Denton County have no municipal zoning.
