Do I need special approval for my use in Buckeye?

Check how Table 3.1-1 marks your specific use type in your district. A "P" means the use is permitted by right, subject to any cross-referenced use-specific standard in Sec. 3.2. A "C" means the use needs a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City under Sec. 8.7, evaluated case by case for its effect on adjacent properties; a "C" in the table is not itself a guarantee of approval. A blank cell means the use is prohibited outright and would need a rezoning to a different base district, or, for PAD land, an amendment to the project's Development Agreement. Group homes, group recovery homes, and residential assisted living facilities can request a Reasonable Accommodation from Article 3 separation standards under Sec. 8.13.2. Confirm with Planning and Zoning at 623-349-6200. This pack covers incorporated Buckeye only.
