Do I need special approval for my use in Celina?

Check how the schedule of uses marks your use in your district: Sec. 14.03.101 for residential districts, Sec. 14.03.102 for multi-family and non-residential districts. P means permitted by right, S means a Specific Use Permit (SUP) is required, S* means specific criteria plus the SUP process, C means conditions must be met before a building permit issues, and a blank cell means the use is not permitted. Uses needing extra SUP-level criteria (airports, alternative financial or retail services, extended-stay or limited-service hotels, permanent open storage, and others) are detailed in Sec. 14.03.301; uses needing specific conditions before a building permit are in Sec. 14.03.401.
