Where are gas stations allowed in Spring Hill?
Gas Station (fetched directly from Table 8-1, page 8-3, this session) needs a special use permit in C-3 and C-G, and is permitted by right in C-4 and C-5. It is not listed (not allowed) in any other district, including C-1, C-2, C-D, I-1, I-2, RD, IC, or any residential district.
