Can I build a second dwelling or accessory dwelling unit?
Wylie's Appendix B does not have a standalone accessory dwelling unit section. Whether a second dwelling or secondary living quarters is allowed is determined by the Land Use Charts in Sec. 5.1 for the applicable district and the definitions in Article 10. Because the answer varies by district, confirm the use in Sec. 5.1 and with Planning and Zoning before planning a second unit.
