Can I build a second dwelling or accessory dwelling unit?

Waxahachie's Appendix A treats dwelling uses through the Use Charts in Sec. 4.03 rather than a standalone accessory dwelling unit section, and the mixed-use districts (MUR up to 30 units per acre, MUNR up to 60) set density per gross acre. Whether a second dwelling is allowed depends on the district, so confirm the use in Sec. 4.03 and with Planning before planning a second unit.
